Suggested time of the dog`s arrival and pickup from the hotel
It is possible to admit the dog to the hotel and pick it up between 11:00 and 19:00. Please indicate the start of the half-hour time slot. There are dog walks between 15:00 and 17:00 and contact with us may be difficult. Arrivals / pickups of dogs except for designated hours will be counted as an additional hotel day.

The hotel night begins with the agreed time of the dog's arrival at the hotel. The following nights are counted from the same hour of the following days in accordance with the principle of calculating the fee for day care.

Agreement to posting photos of the dog taken at the hotel on the hotel's website www.https://kacikpsichspraw.pl and on its Facebook profile.
Commitment to cover any additional costs related to the dog's stay in the Hotel resulting from individual arrangements (in accordance with the section "Suggested additional services"), damage caused by the dog and the possible need to transport the dog / female dog to a veterinarian as well as any necessary treatment and medicines as well as in the case of an extended stay - no later than on the day of collecting the dog.
